Houston Hip-Hop Veteran & Philanthropist to feed local families this Holiday Season
Houston, Texas (Wednesday, November 25) – As the Thanksgiving holiday quickly approaches, international hip-hop star, author, and philanthropist; Houston’s very own Slim Thug and Boss Life will aide families in need this holiday with their annual Boss Life Turkey Give Away 2015. Never one to shy away from his personal experiences and struggles, Slim and Boss Life are excited at the opportunity to be able to give back, providing meals to area homes this Thanksgiving.
This year marks 8 years since the start of this charitable effort, providing turkeys and meals to over 300 families in need since 2008. The Boss Life Turkey Give Away is just one of the many events that have garnered Slim Thug and the Boss Life Brand as a growing philanthropist, and community figure,

The Boss Life Turkey give away will take place at the Garden City Boys & Girls Club from 4 to 7pm. Families are encouraged to arrive early, as the meal giveaways are on a first come first served basis. This year Slim and the Boss Life team, and volunteers will also be serving meals and providing turkeys to local churches, increasing the number of total people served in previous years.
